Are you using frame skipping ? If U're using it then turn it off by going to the emulator's config . Or you can just use FPS limit . Hope that'll work .

如果你使的是Pete's系列的插件的话，在视频设置里选“画质优先”，估计速度差不多就可以降下来了。
