SEGA MD/Sega-CD/32X模擬器

What's New:

1) Update tickler system,more tools was added,auto load tickler also supported too.
2) Rewrote Monitor filter, rewrote TV filter,Hq2x was added.
3) Save/Load state by pad , torbo game by pad was supported.
4) Improved 48000HZ playback quality.
5) 6 button simple force feedback supported.
6) Complete language system supported, all GUI can be translated now.

翻译一下下：更新了记事本系统，加了更多工具；重写了监视器过滤，TV过滤，增加了Hq2x；添加了手柄即时记忆和连发功能；改进了48000HZ的回放质量；支持了6个键的简单力回匮；完成了语言系统的支持，现在所有的GUI都能被翻译了

为什么我在32位下只有黑屏。为什么呀。天啊。只能在16位下有图象。。。。。。。
