最好的ROM管理工具之一，新版更新如下：
fixed: multi-fileselection only accepts some files due to some buffer limitations
fixed: rebuilder doesn't rebuild files twice or more when the database doesn't get refreshed
fixed: save fixdat (only incomplete) saves all missing
misc: autodetect sysdef paths uses the 1st active rompath as default
misc: profiler info -> don't show "0 of 0".
misc: unneeded check detects romsets in samplepaths
