The addition file is a tetris clone game for Windows (2.1-3.1,NT3.1-XP) called Klotz...also for testing only

This is a newer version of NJStar.
All I need is a way to install Chinese fonts and IME into English NT3.51 or a serial number for an older release of NJStar (About 1997-1998). Newer versions of NJStar will crash on NT3.51.
